Vision
We aim for NGO “Center for Social Partnership “Perspektyva” to become a national leader in providing modern social services by 2030. Our goal is to have 15 active branches across Ukraine, providing essential assistance to citizens through the various areas of our work. We strive to create stable jobs and develop social entrepreneurship, opening new opportunities for Ukrainians, and to integrate veterans and demobilised service members. We believe that by promoting “gentle Ukrainisation” and supporting our culture we will help build a strong, open and inclusive society.
History
The organisation was founded in 2006 in Nova Kakhovka as a service and human rights organisation advocating gender equality and supporting the development of women, children and vulnerable groups. Since 2014, the organisation has supported people affected by the war, including IDPs and ATO participants, providing psychological and economic assistance and promoting socialisation and self-employment. After the full-scale invasion, due to the threat of occupation, the team had to relocate and resume work in other regions. Today the organisation works in Chernivtsi (head office), Mykolaiv (2 offices) and Kryvyi Rih, focusing on humanitarian response and supporting people affected by the war, serving Mykolaiv, Kherson, parts of Dnipropetrovsk and Chernivtsi regions.
